Yes. ByteX follows the official return and replacement policies of the manufacturer (OEM). Most items are eligible for replacement within 10 days of delivery under these conditions:
  • Defective Item: The OEM will provide on-call support and remote troubleshooting. If needed, a technician will inspect the product at your location. Based on the assessment, the product will be repaired, replaced, or covered under a service letter.
  • Physical Damage, Wrong, or Missing Items: Eligible for replacement within 10 days of delivery, subject to verification.
